About the 3 Assessments:
My Choice My Future is a scientific and online career guidance solution that was developed in collaboration with senior professors and researchers from IIT – Madras. It typically helps an individual identify the right career path by assessing their personality in line with their career interests and choices.
Language Options: Hindi, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu.
Differential Aptitude Tests for Guidance (DAT for Guidance)
DAT for Guidance is a profiling instrument that assesses eight different types of ability, or aptitude, which are related to success parameters in different areas of employment. These tests are co-standardized and provide an eight-point profile that portrays relative strengths and weaknesses in an individual’s key aptitudes.
Career Decision-making System (CDM)
Unlike any conventional career guidance tool that offers only guidance, CDM, lets an individual self-assess their interests, abilities, and work values. This tool alone can be used to make the right career decision.

About the Trainer:
Ms. Jennifer Tavares is a qualified nurse, counsellor, special educator, trainer, and a lecturer. She is the Founder & Director of Pledge Academy, a centre for counselling, special education and training for women, children, and adolescents.
Dikshita Choudhury is working with Pearson India in the training division as a Senior Content Development Administrator. She has a graduate degree in Psychology from Delhi University and a post-graduate degree in Psychology from SNDT Women’s University Mumbai. Further she has a B.Ed. degree and is currently pursuing her PhD in Psychology. Ms. Dikshita has over 7 years’ experience in teaching, training, and research in the field of mental health.
