Our team of professionals in R & D work towards fulfilling Pearson’s commitment to adapt and standardize our flagship assessments for India. Our adaptation and standardization work is expansive, cost-intensive, covers all major regions of India and involves a large number of professionals such as psychologists, statisticians, research assistants and field examiners. Adhering to the highest standards of test adaptation that is implemented globally, PCTA in India has so far adapted and/or standardized five global assessments – WISC-IV, WAIS-IV, WMS-III, Raven’s CPM/CVS and DST-J, for India. Based on feedback from mental-health and school professionals in this country, PCTA has initiated or will initiate adaptation and standardization work for more assessments that will serve the professional needs of individuals and institutions in health care.

Dr. Joseph is a Clinical Psychologist with an M. Phil degree from National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences and Ph.D from King’s College London. She has led the Indian adaptation and standardization of WISC-IV and is currently working on the India project for WASI-II and WISC-IV Urdu.
Mr. Kumar brings extensive experience in the education services sector. He leads the sales team in delivery of sales goals for PCTA’s clinical business and directly services institutional and individual clients in south and west India.
