The Early Screening Inventory-Revised (ESI-R™) 2008 Edition provides a brief developmental screening instrument designed to be individually administered to children from 3.0 to 5.11 years of age. It identifies children who may need special education services in order to perform successfully in school. Research has shown the ESI-R to he highly reliable and valid.
The instrument is availble for two age groups:

The ESI-R 2008 Edition contains newly-designed score sheets to improve accuracy in scoring. The new Examiner’s Manual includes two appendices that contain administration and scoring criteria for Spanish-speaking examiners.

It identifies children who may need specialized instruction in order to perform successfully in school. This webinar will provide an overview of the ESI-R™. At the end of the webinar, participants will be able to describe the tasks and uses of the ESI-R™.
